About RanchWatch: Your trusted property partner
Discover the story behind RanchWatch, our commitment to secure your property, and the dedication that drives our service. We're here to provide peace of mind for landowners across Oklahoma.

Our inspiration: Solving real landowner challenges
The idea for RanchWatch was born from personal experience and a clear need. Over the past decade, I've personally faced issues like stolen trail cameras and deer feeders, and discovered broken equipment long after the fact while hunting. Being away from my hunting spots for extended periods, I often wished someone could routinely check on things and refill feeders.
Beyond hunting, I've worked on ranches most of my life. My colleague, who owns land scattered across vast distances, often found himself unable to visit frequently. Each return trip would reveal new damage or unexpected issues. This recurring pattern, combined with the frequent demand for ranch hands without the need for a full-time commitment, highlighted a significant gap in property management services. RanchWatch was created to fill this void, offering reliable, scheduled oversight for landowners like you.

Our core values: Trust, reliability, and peace of mind
At RanchWatch, trust is paramount. We understand the importance of knowing your property, livestock, and equipment are in safe hands. Reliability is at the heart of everything we do; clients can rest assured that we handle their property with the utmost care and respect, whether it’s cattle, deer feeders, or hunting stands. My background includes extensive experience with livestock and land management, ensuring your valuable assets are always handled by someone knowledgeable and dependable.
Our commitment to these values ensures that every inspection is thorough, every report is accurate, and every client feels confident in our service. We strive to be more than just a service provider; we aim to be a trusted partner in protecting your investment and offering you invaluable peace of mind.

Meet the founder: Dedication and expertise
RanchWatch is currently a solo operation, founded on a deep passion for wildlife and land management. My professional journey includes working for the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks; the Oklahoma Wildlife Department of Conservation; and currently, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. I am also a senior at Oklahoma State University, studying wildlife ecology and management.
Growing up, I worked with cattle and managed land alongside my father for most of my life. This hands-on experience, combined with formal education and government agency work, gives me a unique and comprehensive understanding of property care. When you choose RanchWatch, you're partnering with someone who genuinely understands the intricacies of rural property and is dedicated to its well-being.
